Same Day Despatch
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Working Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.

European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Security
You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry!

You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regretably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

Tracking your order
For orders in the UK your unique order tracking number will be emailed to you by our courier. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on 0800 310 1323.

Haven’t received you order when expected?
If your order doesn’t arrive when expected please contact our Customer Service Department, 0800 310 1323.
