Same Day Despatch
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders
Amtrak Express 24 hour Service - Guaranteed to arrive next working day Monday to Friday (UK only and excludes bank holidays).

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are NOT Guaranteed to arrive next working day.

European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Security
You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry! You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or arrange a new delivery address, and they will automaticaly try to deliver it the following day. The courier will keep your parcel for 3 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to re send your order we will charge you for re shipping. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

Tracking your order
For orders in the UK your unique order tracking number will be emailed to you by our courier. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on 0800 310 1323.
